This is where we record what changes in the app from one version to the next. The update arrives from RuStore on its own.

Version 0.8.0 — August 2026

The biggest update since the app came out. The heart of it: you now have an account, and the words you buy are no longer tied to one phone.

Sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. No password to invent and remember.
Purchased words stay yours on any phone you sign in on. Clearing the app or switching phones used to mean starting from zero.
Word packages are bought inside the app: pay by card, the receipt arrives by email.
2000 words as a gift when you first sign in.

Out of words: a card appears over the keys with a "Buy more" button, instead of silence.
No internet: you are told the recording is saved, and one tap opens the list of dictations.
The five-minute recording limit is now audible. The microphone used to go quiet without a sound, and you could keep talking for nothing.

Left for another app while the text was being prepared? A notification tells you it is ready.
Cancelled the recognition? The text still lands in "Dictations". You turned down the insertion, not your own words.
Lost the network? The recording stays on the phone and can be repeated when the connection is back.

The keyboard opens on the first tap on a text field. The first tap used to sometimes show nothing at all.
The words remaining are no longer made up when the server cannot be reached.
One dictated text can no longer be charged twice.

The version that sat in RuStore until August 2026:

Dictation in any app: a button on the keyboard, recognition on the server, punctuation and capital letters placed automatically.
A history of your dictations on the phone.
A full keyboard: layouts, clipboard, themes, emoji.
Free words existed, but there was nowhere to buy more: once they ran out, dictation simply stopped working.
There was no account. The app recognised the phone rather than the person, so clearing the data or switching phones started the count over.
